Position Overview:
You will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business objectives and technological capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse data, and develop strategic solutions that enhance our operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather requirements for new projects and initiatives.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment between stakeholders and project teams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and tools.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector would be an advantage, however is not essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
