About the role
The role is responsible for growing Konica Minolta’s market share in the Production Print market segment. The role has an assigned territory for our industry leading portfolio. You will utilise professional sales and account management expertise to achieve and exceed revenue budgets through new business and an existing customer user base. 



Requirements

To be qualified for this position, your background and skills will demonstrate the ability to undertake the following:

  • Sales generation activities within an assigned territory to achieve a sales revenue budget
  • Understand the complexities of winning new business and selling a solution
  • Experience in high value capital expenditure sales 
  • Establishment of long-term relationships with prospective customers
  • Maintain detailed sales activity and customer information in the customer relationship management system (CRM)
  • In conjunction with your manager, develop strategic plans for your territory and provide periodic forecasts to assist with strategic planning processes
  • Develop proficiency in the quotation and configuration of customer requirements
  • Keep up to date with competitor information and market trends


Essential requirements for this role:

  • Extensive experience in sales, preferably in the Print Industry
  • Understanding of key markets within the Print industry
  • Proven track record of overachieving budgets in a comparable role
  • Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Clean full New Zealand driver’s license
