Project Manager – Catalogue, Data, Digital - GPC Asia Pacific Rowville - Full Time

Reporting to the General Manager - Merchandise Services you will ensure the successful delivery of a market leading catalogue through development of project scopes and objectives.  

What You Will Do:

• Develop project scopes and objectives to ensure project delivery against the planned objectives.
• Develop detailed project and change plans to track progress to milestones and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to support execution of projects.
• Measure and monitor progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations.
• Perform risk management assessment and implement to minimize and mitigate project risks.
• Provide regular reports on the project progress to the relevant LT’s and Steer Co.
• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships and understanding with the GPC team, suppliers, and customers (internal and external).
• Participation in financial management and budgeting process.

About You:

• 7 years + experience in a project management role across both technology and business change programs (full cycle)
• Understanding of vehicle mechanics and automotive part structures
• Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Experienced in business case development.
• Tertiary – University or Trade Qualification
