Our role in Data and Technology is to enable this strategy by building a simpler, more modern technology landscape for the bank from front to back. Our new model is designed to better integrate data delivery, strategic programs, data platform engineering and data governance, ensuring improved accountability across all domains.
Chapter Lead – Data Management Operations, is a newly created position within Chief data office team. You’ll be responsible for leading a practice of data stewards and serving as a practice advisor to implement data quality, privacy, and ethics controls and measures across IBAL. Key focuses on ensuring high standards of data integrity, collaborating with data owners and stakeholders to address data issues, and providing guidance and support on best practices for data quality. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for developing and running the Data training programs, offering functional support, and training to users on data governance, management frameworks, and data privacy best practices. This role ensures that frameworks and processes developed by the Data Governance and Management team, and the Data Privacy and Ethics team are effectively implemented across the organization.
