About the role
As we continue to expand and grow, we are seeking a talented and highly driven Product Designer with a proven record of solving business and product challenges through exceptional design, a high level of attention to detail, and a passion for delivering world-class user experience. As part of the role you will be part of a product team with the unique opportunity to design brand-new products, platforms, and user experiences.
As a profitable, funded startup, you will work directly with and get invaluable exposure to a breadth of roles and functions, including C-level Executives, Product Management and Engineering teams on building our core product offerings and experiences. You will also work closely with our customers and partners and generally be a key contributor in ensuring that we are building delightful and meaningful products that deliver a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process, from research through execution, collaborating closely with product, engineering, operations, and business teams
- Apply a user-centered, design-driven approach to business requirements to ensure innovative and practical solutions meet high usability and design standards
- Design and create intuitive, seamless product experiences in a dynamic and rapidly-evolving space
- Ensure cohesive, adaptable designs that align with the broader brand guidelines across multiple platforms, product lines, and devices.
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, engineers, and product managers.
- Ensure that design is seamlessly integrated into the product’s iteration and release process
- Design solutions that address both business objectives and customer satisfaction
What you’ll do day-to-day
- Lead and execute user research, collect and synthesize user insights to inform design decisions and product strategies.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders (including non-technical audiences), through tools like wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
- Develop personas, user stories, usage scenarios, and customer journey maps to support design decisions.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure product vision aligns with customer pain points.
- Conduct usability testing and user validation to ensure the product meets business objectives and delivers delightful experiences.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics to continuously iterate and optimize designs for usability and impact.
- Partner closely with product management to transform business requirements into compelling, user-centric design solutions.
- Work closely with engineering teams in a continuous feedback loop to ensure product features and functionality align with design intent and are successfully delivered.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to maintain a forward-thinking, innovative design approach.
About you
We are looking for someone who meet the experience required and can demonstrate the following qualities:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate design ideas, rationale, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication.
- 4+ Years of Experience in Product Design: Proven track record in designing seamless and impactful user experiences, with a focus on both UI and UX across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Advanced skills in design tools such as Figma, Hotjar, and other relevant design and prototyping and user analytics tools.
- A Keen Eye for Aesthetics and Detail: Strong visual design sense, with an emphasis on creating delightful yet functional, user-centered interfaces.
- Ability to Balance Multiple Priorities: Experience managing multiple design streams concurrently, working efficiently in fast-paced environments, and maintaining quality across various design tasks.
- User-Centered Mindset: A passion for understanding user needs and turning complex problems into intuitive, elegant design solutions.
