The Opportunity
Fantastic opportunity to join our ever-growing team based in Melbourne’s Northern suburbs in Somerton. You will join the Design & Planning team as a Project Support and Data Administrator creating and developing further, our dealer portal management system. Become the guru in the business!
Key Accountabilities
• Monitor and follow up on e-commerce related projects
• Maintain and manage data
• Provide daily issue resolution for both internal and external users
• Develop and improve SOP’s for E-commerce operations, system training & solve minor errors
• Support the team with office automation, seeking opportunities to reduce reliance on spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate
• Experience in a similar role, managing sales & procurement data ideally
• Strong English and Mandarin communication
• Very strong attention to detail
• Skills in one or more software including MS Excel [Macros & VBA], Power BI, SAP with a preference for experience in maintaining e-commerce platforms
• A can-do attitude and interest in problem solving
