Job Description

What will I be doing?

  • Craft product roadmaps through interaction with cross-functional teams, data analysis, competitor research and user insight

  • Work hands-on with design, engineering, and marketing teams to implement and build new product features that deliver a great experience for our user base.

  • Define and analyze key metrics that will inform decision-making and measure success of product-driven initiatives.

  • Develop and execute specific product features, from ideation to implementation.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects for different stakeholders and customers.

  • You will be working with our customers and internal sales, marketing, product design and development teams to execute on a vision to inspire customers to embrace Modlar’s products and services.

  • You will focus on identifying key in-product and/or cross-product workflows, new markets, and driving product strategy and adoption.

  • You will participate in market and user research to identify new product features, trends and opportunities that will drive Modlar’s business growth and transformation.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • MBA or B.S. or M.S. in an Engineering field or with related business experience

  • 3-5 years as a Product Manager in the technology industry, preferably with experience in a company developing solutions for the Cloud, Mobile or Marketplaces

  • You are a self-starter, able to take high level direction and drive teams towards execution

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading high performing teams.

  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile/ Lean Startup methodologies.

  • Experience with a range of cloud based software.

  • Strong communication skills, especially technical speaking and writing.

  • Excellent organization and presentation skills.
