What will I be doing?
Craft product roadmaps through interaction with cross-functional teams, data analysis, competitor research and user insight
Work hands-on with design, engineering, and marketing teams to implement and build new product features that deliver a great experience for our user base.
Define and analyze key metrics that will inform decision-making and measure success of product-driven initiatives.
Develop and execute specific product features, from ideation to implementation.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects for different stakeholders and customers.
You will be working with our customers and internal sales, marketing, product design and development teams to execute on a vision to inspire customers to embrace Modlar’s products and services.
You will focus on identifying key in-product and/or cross-product workflows, new markets, and driving product strategy and adoption.
You will participate in market and user research to identify new product features, trends and opportunities that will drive Modlar’s business growth and transformation.

Job Requirements
MBA or B.S. or M.S. in an Engineering field or with related business experience
3-5 years as a Product Manager in the technology industry, preferably with experience in a company developing solutions for the Cloud, Mobile or Marketplaces
You are a self-starter, able to take high level direction and drive teams towards execution
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading high performing teams.
Familiarity with Scrum/Agile/ Lean Startup methodologies.
Experience with a range of cloud based software.
Strong communication skills, especially technical speaking and writing.
